1. Exchange & Return Policy
• As each piece is made to order, we do not offer exchanges or returns.
• In case you receive a defective or damaged product, please inform us within 24 hours of receiving your order by sharing clear images of the defect at [insert email/WhatsApp].
• Once verified, our team will arrange to send you a replacement piece of the same design.
2. Custom Orders
• All custom and made-to-measure pieces are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
3. Colour & Embroidery Variation
• Minor variations in colour, embroidery, or texture are inherent to handcrafted garments and are not considered defects.
4. Care Instructions
• Please follow the care label and dry clean only. Our team is not responsible for damage due to improper handling or washing.

• As our garments are handcrafted, the dispatch timeline may vary based on the design. Our team will share the estimated delivery time upon order confirmation.
